Episode 2: On-Site Orientation

Storyline

The four interns arrive at the company for their first day. They meet their supervisors, Ms. Lily Zhao, and their Chinese language and culture instructor Mr. Zhixue Chen. Each intern is provided with a  work computer on a different platform (Windows or Mac), along with a keyboard, and mouse. The supervisor explains the work schedule, while the Chinese instructor tells them offers guidance on effective Chinese language learning.

  1. Introduce oneself in a culturally and professionally appropriate manner.

  2. Begin using cyber and computer-related terminology in professional settings.

  3. Develop familiarity with the workplace environment.
