Storyline

Four college students—Melisa Zhou, Jaden Wang, Mei Li, and Diego Zhang—are thrilled to receive their acceptance email for a prestigious a cybersecurity internship at SkyNet Technology, an international company based  in Hong Kong. As rising university students passionate about technology and security, they know this internship could be a stepping stone to their dream careers.

Shortly after their acceptance, they receive a follow-up email from Ms. Lily Zhao, the internship program director. She congratulates them and informs them about the necessary preparatory paperwork before they officially begin. Among the required tasks, one stands out: they must familiarize themselves with essential computer and cybersecurity vocabulary to ensure they can effectively communicate and collaborate with professionals at SkyNet.

At first, the students think the vocabulary task is just a formality. However, as they begin their research, they realize that cybersecurity language is complex and ever-evolving. They have prepared a list of vocabulary to master the key terms.
