We would like to acknowledge the contributions made to this book by several people, without whom this would not be possible. First, the library and the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE) offices at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, that spearheaded the open educational resource campaign to provide cost efficient text book solution to students.

In particular Cassandra Konz, Clara Volker and Anne Marie Casey from the Hunt Library who were tirelessly supporting us with the numerous publication, referencing and typesetting questions about the Pressbooks platform we were using in addition to going into the platform themselves and typesetting so many chapters for us. Dani Carmack from Hazy Library and Learning Center, helped set up the project initially and calmed our nerves along the way by providing insights into creating this publication.

Amy Cicchino from CTLE spent many afternoons and weekends reading our sometimes hastily and overly technical content. Also thanks to Lori Mumpower and Amy Cicchino from CTLE for supporting our student assistants.
